Thank you for shopping at Mike Sullivan Studios. We value your support and want to ensure your experience is smooth and satisfying. Because many of our items are custom-made or original works of art, please review our return policy carefully.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (original artwork, limited edition prints, and made-to-order merchandise), all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size or item ordered (please double-check before purchasing)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Please follow these steps:
What to Do:
- Contact us at info@mikesullvanstudios.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or error
We will respond promptly to arrange:
- A replacement (if available)
- Or a full refund (including shipping, if applicable)
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit:
- Please contact us so we can help track the shipment via the carrier.
- If the item cannot be recovered, we will either issue a replacement (if stock is available) or a refund.
Note: Mike Sullivan Studios is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
Return Shipping

- Items must be returned in original packaging and condition.
Custom Commissions
Custom artwork or commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping. These pieces are crafted uniquely for you and cannot be resold.
